Can i book online?
Currently we do not have an online booking system at present, please use the contact us via email or phone and we can take your booking.
Do you cater for larger groups?
Yes, Our Treks have a lead Escort for groups of up to 4 riders. Summer 2017 we will be able to cater for groups of 6 including a lead Escort and a Tail Escort to ensure your safety.
Larger groups are split into 2+ sessions (Depending on group size) this is to comply with strict insurance regulations to ensure the highest level of safety possible. We also find your enjoyment is far greater in a smaller 1-1 group session.
Do you accept credit/debit cards?
Yes, all major cards are accepted.
a 50% non refundable deposit is payable on booking
What should i wear?
We recommend strong footwear or boots. No laces and/or open toed shoes ie sandals/flip flops are not suitable. (We do provide boots if you do not have any!) Long sleeve tshirt or jumper and trousers. Helmets, overalls and boots are supplied.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Our centre is insured to undertake quad treks within the grounds, in addition our staff are first aid trained and carry basic first aid equipment and communication devices on every ride.
All of our equipment under goes a series of daily, weekly and monthly safety checks.

Bad weather or unavoidable circumstances
In the extremely rare event that we have to cancel the booking we will process a full refund or offer to reschedule to another date within 2 months. (under no circumstances will any form of compensation be made)
